My son lost 50lbs in 5 months by taking up weight training, reducing his portions by half, and not eating sugar or bread pandora bead ring 6 days out of the week. He was at 199 and now is at 149. He didn't get sick or starve himself, if he was hungry he ate something. Usually for snacks he had an apple or orange. When you are young changing just a few habits can drastically help you with your weight and health. BTW those tips up there will not work. And a cranberry detox is just ignorant. If you want to do a juice detox, try kale or some other GREEN vegetable, not fruit. Fruit will spike your blood sugar and actually mess you up with juicing. Lea just get active and make a few lifestyle changes and you will be okay.

For someone who doesn't want to exercise or diet, just drink a ton of water. Water doesn't have calories (another point: not soda with water in it or juice that has H2O in it but pure water), but consuming it would take calories. Not a lot but still, ten cups can mean fifteen calories.
Also just commit to do ten jumping jacks a day (gradually increase to a hundred), it only takes a few seconds, and for a hundred two minutes, and that is ten calories off.
